How do I reserve my date?
A signed agreement and a 20% non-refundable deposit reserve the date. The balance is due 7 days before your event.
What is added to the minimum?
A 20% service charge and sales tax apply to food and beverage, and tax applies to rental. Neither counts toward the minimum.
When is the final guest count due?
7 days before the event. That count becomes the minimum number of guests billed.
How much time do we get to set up?
Every rate includes one hour of setup and 30 minutes of breakdown. The space closes at 11 pm.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel 60 or more days ahead and your deposit becomes a credit you can use within 12 months.
Can we bring our own caterer or alcohol?
With a venue-only rental, yes to an outside caterer: kitchen access is $300 and a certificate of insurance is required. Outside alcohol isn't allowed. Our bar serves every event.
Do you offer a discount for repeat events?
Yes. Booking four or more events in 12 months saves 10%.
