Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Sala Chicago ("Sala," "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Sala is operated by Forte Hospitality Group, 2521 N Halsted St, Chicago, IL 60614.

Only what you choose to send us through a form:

• Tour requests: your name, email, phone number (optional), the kind of event, an event date and guest count if you have them, when you could visit, and anything else you tell us.
• Event inquiries: your name, email, phone, company, event type, preferred dates and time, guest count, budget, how you heard about us and any details you add.

When you visit, our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block spam and attacks. We don't use analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

To answer your questions, schedule tours, prepare proposals, plan and confirm events, and keep the site secure. The availability calendar shows only whether a date is open, on hold or booked, never who booked it. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers that handle information on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection, including the Turnstile check on our forms), Supabase (secure storage of requests and event records), Resend (delivery of email notifications) and Google Fonts (the typefaces on this site, which your browser loads from Google). Staff at Sala and its management group, Forte Hospitality Group, can see requests so they can respond. We may also share information when the law requires it.

We keep requests and event records only as long as we need them to plan your event and for our normal business records. Ask us any time and we'll delete what we hold about you, unless we need to keep it by law.

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
